Who Is Raymond?

Hi, I am Raymond Huan, owner and CEO of Excelerated Business Solutions, and I appreciate your interest in my company. Excelerated Business Solutions provides business coaching and consulting services in Brisbane, Australia.

I absolutely love business coaching! I think it is fun and I enjoy seeing businesses break through barriers to reach the next level of income, market share, and overall growth. I have spent most of my professional career helping businesses of all types forge new ground to meet new larger, higher goals, and I’d like to help you, too.

Guiding Principles:

There are two guiding principles that I follow that I would like to share with you. One of the primary reasons my services have been in demand, and that I get such great feedback, is that I feel genuine concern about the success of my clients, and I strive to put their interests first, and I think people “pick- up” on that. That starts with not taking on clients that aren’t a good match for my skills and personality.

I strive to calculate the value from the client’s perspective, and if I feel that I cannot really add value, I turn down the work. If we aren’t a good fit, I won’t be shy about telling you so, and I can happily recommend other consultants who might be a better fit. In the long run, that is how trust is built and how I’ve built and maintain a solid working relationship with my clients.

The second guiding principle is that I believe business can and should be fun, that we should enjoy our work as much as possible. I try to be upbeat, have fun, and be pragmatic, meaning I help you to tackle the tough problems head on, without feeling overwhelmed or burdened by it.
