Recently a friend shared with me his experience in looking for a restaurant to eat at and highlighted the impact that great customer service has on a business. It’s a fact we all want great customer service and we may think we know what great customer service is. The question is, is your business really delivering great customer service? Here are a few tips we can learn from this story.

Imagine for a moment doing only the things you need to do that will give get you or your business your goals. Now look at your typical activities each day, each week, each month. How many of them align with the activities that will get you to your goals sooner rather than later….if at all?
